Yes, that's right! Shipping is always FREE on all orders within the United States! We ship via USPS & our standard FREE shipping will usually arrive within 2-8 business days, depending on your location. If you'd like to get your order faster, feel free to select our Priority shipping at checkout!
 
How long will it take to receive my order?

We know you can’t wait to get your purchase, so all in stock items will go out within 1-2 business days. All orders placed after 2pm on Fridays go out the following Monday (or business day if Monday is a Holiday.) Most items will ship via USPS 1st Class Mail and will include tracking. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 8 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

What size should I buy?

Most of our items will run Small, Medium and Large, but occasionally we will get in larger/plus size pieces. Please use our SIZE CHART as a guideline when ordering, and refer to the item description for any variations.

What's your return and exchange policy?

Your happiness is important to us, and we are confident you will love your purchase, but we know things don’t always work out. Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do! We offer flat rate shipping on all Canadian & International orders.

My Credit Card won't go through?

Our Credit Card processing system is set to high for the safety of our customers. The BILLING info you input at checkout MUST MATCH the billing info you have assigned to the credit card you are using. Your shipping information can be different, but the billing info must match.

I didn't receive my order confirmation.

Email confirmations are sent immediately after your checkout is complete to the email input during checkout. Often times, if you didn't receive a confirmation, it has gone to your spam folder or the email address entered at checkout has a typo. You can always contact us a customerservice@janedivine.com, and we can figure out why it wasn't received.

My order confirmation shows the wrong size.

It's always important that you double-check the items in your cart prior to checking out AND look over the order confirmation sent to you. Our system does not make automatic changes & the items on your confirmation ARE the items you selected. If you have accidentally ordered the wrong size, you must contact us immediately so we can get your order adjusted for you. We process shipments super-FAST & once a shipment confirmation has been issued, we are unable to make any changes.

How do I use my Gift Card/Store Credit?

There is a space just before you enter you credit card information to input a Gift Card/Discount code and apply. Once all Discount Codes and/or Store Credits are applied, you can choose to checkout via Credit Card, Amazon Payments or Paypal.

I just found out you're running a sale. Can I get a price adjustment on my previous purchase?

In order to remain fair & consistent to each of our customers, we do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.
