RETURNS

Your happiness is important to us, and we are confident you will love your purchase, but we know things don’t always work out. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the following guidelines and contact us at customerservice@janedivine.com with any questions.

  • Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email to the email used at checkout. We cannot issue refunds unless an exchange purchase has been made (see below).

  • Returned items must be received unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags still attached.

  • All returns must be received within 21 days of the date your order was delivered to you according to our tracking info. Please allow 5-7 days for your return package to arrive to us (to ensure your return is received within the 21-day window) & keep a record of your return tracking number. Return shipping is your responsibility and is non-refundable. Jane Divine Boutique is not responsible for damaged or lost returned packages.

  • Items returned outside the 21-day policy and/or do not fit the return guidelines will be sent back with a future order or donated to charity after 30-days.

  • Items NOT eligible for return include: Sale/Clearance Items, jewelry, undergarments including bras & seamless camis, socks, scarves, belts, hats, hair accessories, and Gift Cards.

  • Return instructions, including the address where to send your item, will be noted on the back of your packing slip. Be sure to fill out the necessary information and include it in your return. If you have mis-placed your Return Form, you can download & print it HERE.

  • Returns will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email to the email used at checkout.

  • If you feel you have received defective merchandise or you were shipped the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@janedivine.com so we can take care of you.

EXCHANGES 

Due to the fast-moving pace of our limited inventory we don't do exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the size you want to exchange for will be in-stock at the time we receive your return. It is best to go ahead & purchase the item in the size you are needing, then notate the new 'exchange order #' at the bottom of your return form & send the incorrect size back to us for a refund. Otherwise, store credit will be issued when we receive your return & you can use it towards the purchase of the size you are needing. Only returns that include an 'Exchange Order #' at the bottom of the return form are be eligible for refund.
